  1. What is Military Cargo?
    Military Cargo is either Unit or Sustainment Cargo shipped in accordance with the Defense Transportation Requirements. Cargo is booked by the Movement Orders and Shipping (Booking Team), SDDC Operations Center G384, located at Scott Air Force Base.  

    For questions pertaining to shipments of Military 2nd POVs, call (866) 363-7485.
    For questions pertaining to Military Personal Property, contact the Transportation Service Provider assigned to handle your shipment.

  3. What documents do I need to pick up/deliver military cargo at Pasha's terminals?
    Critical information needed to pick up or deliver cargo by terminal facility:  

    National City, CA (San Diego)

    Hours of Operation – 0800 to 1130, 1300 to 1630 (Terminal closes from 1130 to 1300 for lunch).
    No appointment needed during normal hours of operation. Please arrive by 1600 for off-loading.

    The following documents are required for entrance to the terminal:
    • TWIC, CAC or Active Duty Military ID Card (Mandatory). Escorts provided at no charge. Information will be provided upon check in at the gate.
    • Proof of Registration in CARB, California's Clean Truck Program (Mandatory)
    • Terminal access is denied unless proof of CARB registration can be provided. This is per California State Regulations which are strictly enforced. There is no exemption for Military vehicles unless the vehicles tendered for shipment or pick up from the terminal are driven. CARB Registration Information can be found at www.arb.ca.gov

    • Pasha Hawaii Dock Receipt or Arrival Notice The Marine clerks will look for the TCN Number or Cargo ID (CID) Number on your paperwork. A TCMD or GBL can be substituted for a Pasha Dock Receipt as long as it contains the TCN number. TCN numbers on the documents must match the TCN numbers affixed to the cargo being delivered.
    Vehicles tendered for delivery to Hawaii must be clean, as they undergo USDA Inspection at destination.

    Hours of Operation – 0700 to 1130, 1300 to 1530 (Terminal closes from 1130 to 1300 for lunch).
    Appointments must be made for cargo requiring a forklift.

  4. How can I track my military cargo?
    For security reasons, Pasha Hawaii has limited cargo tracking to those applications located on the ETA website. Pasha Hawaii provides the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) with EDI cargo event updates twice daily. Please refer to the ETA Home Page or contact SDDC for more information on Military cargo tracking.
