1. How do I make a Booking?

Please provide the company name, contact information, size of container, container quantity, commodity description, desired sailing date, and type of move (Port to Port, Door to Door, Door to Port, or Port to Door).

  2. How do I get a Rate Quote?
    Please contact Pasha Hawaii Container Customer Service either by e-mail to containers@pashahi.com or by phone by calling our Toll Free number 1-877-322-9920. Please provide the commodity description, size of container (20' or 40'), final destination (HON, HIL, KAH, NAW) and type of move (Port to Port, Door to Port, Port to Door, or Door to Door). If a Door move then please include the zip code and/or address of the door location(s).

  3. What Sizes/Type of Container Equipment does Pasha Offer?
    Currently Pasha only offers 20' standard and 40' standard containers, but in 2015 a full complement of equipment types and sizes will be available.

  4. Where Do I return the Empty Container?
    After unloading, the empty container and chassis should be returned to the same port/terminal location it was picked up from or, with special approval from Customer Service, to another facility.

  5. Where Do I Pick Up an Empty Container for a Booking?
    For Port to Port moves to Hawaii empty containers may be picked up at either one of two container yards.

  6. Where Do I send my Ocean Freight Payment?
    Overnight checks should be sent to our Phoenix Customer Service Center at the following address: Attn: Freight Cashier 2510 W. Dunlap Avenue, Suite #650 Phoenix, AZ 85021

  7. Does Pasha offer Credit Terms?
    Per our tariff, Pasha does offer up to 30 days credit terms to qualified shippers subject to Pasha Finance Dept. approval of a completed credit application.

  8. When Will I receive my Invoice?
    Invoices are sent within 24 hours of vessel departure

  9. How Do I know my Shipment is safely onboard?
    An Arrival Notice (AN) will be sent via e-mail and/or Fax within 24 hours of vessel departure

  10. How Do I know when my shipment will arrive and be available for pickup?
    The arrival date and availability time will be noted on the Arrival Notice

  11. What if I did not receive an Arrival Notice?
    Please immediately contact Pasha Hawaii Container Customer Service and they will be happy to resend the Arrival Notice. Please double check that Customer Service has the correct e-mail address/fax to which ANs are to be sent.

  12. Does Pasha Offer Door to Door Service?
    Yes. This can be accomplished either by utilizing a Pasha Hawaii house trucker or by utilizing your own designated trucker.

  13. Can I use my own Trucker?
    What are the Requirements?
    Yes. A valid Interchange Agreement must be in place.

  14. Does Pasha Charge for Chassis?
    No. Pasha Hawaii provides chassis for trucker use at no additional charge.

  15. What if I experience a delay in Loading and may miss the standard cut-off?
    Please immediately contact Pasha Hawaii Container Customer Service to see if a late gate can be offered to accommodate the delayed arrival to the terminal. This can often be arranged, but is subject to operational constraints.
